2008 - Sandia National Labs Selects TSRI

"Sandia National Labs Selects TSRI To Support Classified Modernization Project"

Kirkland, WA. (May, 19, 2008) – Sandia National Laboratories (Sandia) has awarded a sole-source contract to The Software Revolution, Inc. (TSRI) to provide Sandia with a JANUS Studio®     Toolset Seat License, and training in its use, which will allow lab personnel to transform classified Fortran code.

Greg Tadlock, TSRI’s Vice President, Sales & Marketing said, “TSRI’s standard approach to systems modernization is through the provision of services to our customers. In those cases however, where classified military system code cannot be declassified for delivery to TSRI, the JANUS Studio®    Toolset can now be configured for use by others for system documentation, code transformation, and re-factoring. This new business model for the modernization of classified systems opens a vast array of opportunities for TSRI and its customer base. Our ability to address classified code using a Seat License format has already generated significant interest as is evidenced by the fact that we are today in discussions with a number of additional customers for the provision of similar classified code Seat Licenses.”
